When I first called, the reception staff was very polite, friendly, and accommodating with my schedule. The studio itself is easy to find, clean, and has a very tranquil, classy feel. I was welcomed in warmly, offered slippers and water, and felt well taken care of right away. The lip blush treatment started with a detailed consultation. Nadia is an absolute pleasure and walked me through what to expect in the procedure, aftercare, touch-up, and we discussed colour. She blended a beautiful tint and checked in with me through the whole process to make sure I was happy with the shape she outlined and comfy throughout the treatment. The studio even has blankets so you can get all cozy and tucked in if you're chilly! So cute! I had my touchup appointment about a month and a half later and I absolutely love the result! I wish I hadn't waited so long to do this. The colour is rich but natural. I feel like I look younger and more alive, and all I need is chapstick :) I 100% recommend iBEAUTY CODE <3
