Studio Policies

Booking Deposit

All Eyelash Extension Services require a $25 deposit upon booking of your appointment. All Semi-Permanent Makeup Services require a $50 deposit. The deposit can be made via e-transfer or through the online booking system. All deposits will be deducted from the final payment on the day of your service. Deposits for Lash Extensions are non-refundable within 24 hours and Deposits for Semi-Permanent Makeup are non-refundable within 5 days of the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us a 48-hour notice and we will transfer your deposit to secure the new time slot.


Late Arrival

We live in a busy city and we understand that sometimes things come up. If you are running late for your appointment please let us know and we will do our best to still accommodate you for your appointment. If you are late more than 30 minutes, we will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for another day/time. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied.


Appointment Cancellation

We understand that sometimes things come up and you cannot make it to your appointment. We will be happy to reschedule you for another time if you provide a 24-hour notice. Appointment cancelations within the 24-hour window will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

No Show

As we are operating on an appointment-only basis, all no-shows will result in a $25 cancellation fee.

Guests, Kids & Pets

Due to the limited sitting area, we kindly ask you not to bring along any guests or children with you to your appointment. And we absolutely LOVE pets but to adhere to the Ministry of Health requirements we ask you to leave your furry friends at home. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
